In Budapest’s 14th district, in the garden-house area of Zugló, newly built townhouse apartments have been constructed near Vezér Street. The apartments are internally two-story and have their own enclosed, south-facing garden section. Each apartment includes two parking spaces. They are equipped with an alarm system (Paradox) and an intercom. Telephone, internet, and TV connections (coaxial and UTP cables) are installed in every apartment.

Each apartment has two air conditioning outlets (expandable upon request). The heating system features a Bosch Condens 3000, 24 kW boiler with a wireless thermostat panel. Underfloor heating is installed for tiled surfaces, while radiators are used for warm floor coverings.
