• The park is situated on a plot of over 6,100 m², accessible only from the street via a gated motorized entrance or a closed garden gate located next to it.
• A paved path runs through the center of the park, providing convenient access to store vehicles either in the parking spaces in front of the houses or in the closed garages.
• A total of 44 outdoor and 4 indoor parking spaces are available.
• The houses are arranged in 3 units with different orientations.
• Built with the most advanced technologies, the houses are equipped with state-of-the-art heat pump heating systems.
• The project delivery began in 2023 and was completed in 2024, when every house found its first owner.
